dynaWidgets 1.2.0 final release available now!

After some hard work we´re proud to release the final version of dynaWidgets 1.2.0. There has been some major stability improvements. Also the JAVA API of the component set is available on the project page now. For faster learning on how to use dynaWidgets we released a small demo application which can be downloaded as well.

Top 21 GmbH releases an updated version of dynaWidgets jsf components

A new version of the open source jsf component library dynaWidgets has been released. The release contains several fixes concerning adding widgets dynamically to a grid. Also the resource handling has been improved.

Per view JSF PhaseListener

JSF PhaseListeners are lifecycle listeners which means they´re informed on JSF requests before and after lifecycle phases. When registering a PhaseListener to implement special behavior (like access control, special actions, ...) in your faces-config, it will be invoked on every request. Sometimes this might be a little bit overhead and the PhaseListener should only be active for one or several view(s). The article shows a fast way to achieve this.
